Mr. Lochart is a trial attorney with 45 years of litigation and trial experience in all personal injury matters in NY state and federal courts.

He graduated from New York University Law School in 1965. His admissions include 1966, New York; 1967, U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; 1977, U.S. Supreme Court.
